SCREEN ACTORS GUILD AWARDS® A Wynning Event is proud to have served as the special event coordinator for the Screen Actors Guild Awards® since 2000. A Wynning Event supervises all the necessary elements required to transform the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center into a formal dining room for the SAG Awards™ ceremony. The 14th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® will be televised live on TNT and TBS on Sunday, January 27, 2008. As part of the Screen Actors Guild Awards® team, we work with the top industry professionals in all fields required to create this unique and intimate dining atmosphere. As the special event coordinator, we work with the caterer in creating a unique and tasteful gourmet menu designed specifically for the Screen Actors Guild Awards® as well as manage the design and décor of the dining tables where the nominees and their guests sit during the telecast. We oversee the installation of the guest platforms, carpeting and event rentals in a timely manner to ensure that the Screen Actors Guild Awards® dining room is ready at show time. Finally, as the special event coordinator, we work closely with Screen Actors Guild’s Awards® Committee to ensure their vision becomes a reality for the world to see!
